(Per Press Association.) Wanganui, February 21
At the Supreme Court to-day the re-tnal of Peter Hugh Ferguson for 'alleged .rape at Taihape resulted in accused being found guilty of indecent assault. He will be sentenced by the Chief Justice to-morrow.
