To-morrow Messrs Gillies and Na'der will hold a weaner fair at the Fitham sale yards. Women folk who wish to secure some of the bargains at Morey’s First Half-Yearly Sale are urged to attend early as the sale closes on Saturday. Au ' announcement to this effect appears in to-day’s issue. _ x Messrs Wilson and Robbins the well known auctioneers and land agents of Tanranga, Te Puke and Whakatane are offering farm- lands in Bay of Plenty for sale. Mr. Frank Squire, Hawera is their Taranaki representative. Housewives will find in the Taranaki Hardware Company replace announcement something of interest. It relates to. spirit stoves, several makes of which are mentioned and priced. Mr. R. I). Lowers Draper, notifies that this is the last week of his great clearing sale. Every line still further reduced. A reward is offered for the rot urn of a black retriever and a black cocker spaniel. A gold sleeve link with initials on is advertised for.
