Dr. Sun-Yat-Sen has telegraphed on behalf of the .Republican Covcrnnient acknowledging Yuan-Shih-Kai’s adherence to the Republic but declining to recognise the Emperor’s appointment of organiser of the Republic. He requests Yuan-Shih-Kai to conic to Nanking immediately or send a plenipotentiary.
