MAN SHOOTS HIS FATHER AND

COMMITS SUICIDE. UNCONGENIAL FARM LIFE. (Received 16, 11.15 a.m.) Melbourne, February 16. The bodies of Thomas Harrison and his son Joseph were found in their home at Moorngag in an advanced stage of decomposition. The father had apparently been shot in the chest while asleep in bed, and bis son' evidently attempted suicide by cutting bis throat. Ho then blew the top of his bead off and was found clasping a gun in bis hand. The tragedy is about a week old. A letter by tlie sou showed that lie was dissatisfied with life on the farm and that there was no other motivfe.
