(Per Press Association.) Blenheim, February 15. 15. I)cs Forges, the missing gasworks clerk, was seen in Picton on Monday night. He stayed at a boardinghouse but left after paying bis account in the morning and bus not been seen since. It is supposed be may have gone down the Sounds. The police are inquiring. Suva, February 15. Mr Islay McOwan, Inspector-C!en-eral of Police, succeeds Mr Tolfor Campbell, as British Resident at Tonga.
