ARAB PRISONERS DETAINED AT MALTA.
WAITING FOR INSTRUCTIONS. (Received 15, 8.5 a.m.) Malta, February 14. Three Arab prisoners were found heavily ironed aboard tho Euna, en route from Sicily to Tripoli. They wore detained pending the British Government’s decision.
