FEILDING SHOW.

(Per Press Association.) Fielding, February (5. The Fielding Show was opened today with record entries. The weather was fine. The principal awards was as follows: Harness Horses.—Stallion for breeding carriage horses: Carr and Adsett’s Britain’s Pride. Mare for breeding: H. P. Taylor’s Bello. Draught Horses.—E. Short’s Royal Treasure, champion. The same exhibitor won nearly all the prizes in this class. Fat Cattle.—Short and T. A. Duncan divided the prizes for pedigree Herefords. E. Short won all the firsts md championships. In Ayrshires T. H. Colpman won all the prizes, except for bull of any age, which was won by J. McFarland’s Lord Glenham 111. Jerseys.—S. R. Lancaster was the principal prize winner. Holsteins.—A. ‘H. Street secured first prize for his cow, and Lovelock for heifer. Fat Sheep.—Prizes were divided between Highden Estate, F. S. Mcßae, A. E. and A. Syme, J. Shortall, Reid and Son, J. Knight, and A. F. Fitzherbert. Fat Lambs.—S. Gray and Basil Thomson were the principal winners. Flock Romneys.—W. Gibson, W. E. Baker and L. Pleasants were the chief winners. Purebred Romneys.—J. E. Hewitt and A. R. Fannin were the chief winners. Purebred Lincolns. —H. Gaisford won most of the prizes. Border Leicesters.—J. Dowthwaite won everything. English Leicesters. —S. R. Lancaster took all the first prizes and the same in Southdowns. Pigs were weak. Champion Yorkshire boar: J. D. Balmer. Driving Competition.—Miss Jessie Campbell. Maiden Hunters. —V. Shannon’s Flirt. Feilding, February 7. There is a large crowd for the second day. Results:—High Jump: N. Patterson’s Haere, sft 7in. Maiden Hunters: V. Salmon’s Flirt. Pony Jumping: T. Cameron’s Blue Belle. Championships: Hereford bull, E. Short’s Crusader; cow, Short’s Satin 25; Ayrshire bull, S. MacFarland’s Lord Glenham 111. ; cow, I'. H. Colpman’s Gladys of Gowan Bank; Romneys, ram, A. A. Fannin; ewe, J. E. Hewitt; Lincoln ram, H. Gaisford; Yorkshire boar, J. D. Balmer; sow, W. H.
