Pi;ices . realised "'ere as follows: AVeaners 20s to 27s 6d, 15-month heifers 55s to 62s 6d, 15-month steers 57s 6d to. 66s 6d, 18-month steers to 70s, good two-year steers to 92s 6d, 2-yoai; heifers, r.w.b. 86s, store cows 62s tp 7.15,. forward cows 95s to 995, cows and calves 80s, bulls 80s to 41s, f.m. ewes 6s to 9s, 2-tooth wethers 11s 5d to 12s, draught mare £lO 15s, trap £9 10s, trap harness £3 13s 6d, dray harness 355. On Tuesday, 30th January, we held our usual fortnightly combined sale in our Stratford yards, when we had a full yarding of cattle. ' A largo proportion consisted of young cattle and bullocks for which there was keen competition. Prices realised were as follows: AVeaners, steers 235, mixed weaners 20s to 26s 6d, w-eaner heifers (good colours) 28s Gd to 355, .15-month heifers 55s to 62s 6d, 15-month steers 57s 6d to GSs 6d, (,2-yoar steers 80s to 85s, 2-yea'r heifers r.w.b. 70s to 87s 6d, bullocks 1185,6,d,t0 1235, store and forward cows 60s to 935, cows ’and cjalves 71s to 80s, fat cows 100 s to lips, bulls 60s to 80s.
