MISS ANDERSON HUGHES
Wo would advise all who possibly can to go the Town Ha.ll on Wednesday (to-morrow) evening and hear Miss Hughes’ illustrated lectu- 1 ou Egypt and Palestine. It is a mw ligiit upon an old story. Magnificent views of Oriental life and customs and recent’extraordinary discoveries will be shown. This lecture will be of unique interest. The “Northern Mail” says of it: “A well-thought-out and constructed lecture. The lecture was not only worth attending, hut well worth after consideration. Miss Hughes’ voice was qlear and steady, well modulated, and with a pleasing quality, her personality at once put her ou rapport with her audience, which relation she easily held through an exhaustive itinerary.”
