IRISH HOME RULE.
A FORECAST OF THE BILL

Mr E. A. Cook, in an article in the “Daily Chronicle,” hints at the possibility of the new Home Rule Bill placing Ireland in the position of a Canadian px-ovince towards the Dominion rather than that of Canada towards the United Kingdom, and says that the solution will leave the door open to similar applications from other parts of the United Kingdom. This, he points put, is not xyhat the Nationalists xvant, but a steady trend in tin's direction exists amongst thoughtful Britishers.
