THE Council of the Borough of Stratford hereby gives Public Notice that it proposes to Borrow by way of Special Loan the sum of £14,000 at a rate of interest not exceeding £5 per centum per annum, with a Sinking Fund of One. It is proposed to pay out of the loan moneys the cost of raising the Loan and a sum, not exceeding £IOO for valuation fees and other preliminary expenses incurred ip connection with the • scheme ’for which the Loan is to be raised.
