RUSSIA IN PERSIA.
MR SHUSTER’S VIEWS. (Received 31, 8.25 a.m.) London, January 30. The Persia Committee banquettod Mr Shuster, who attributed his dismissal to Russian hostility, which, Tom the first, thwarted his efforts to reconstruct Persian finance. Either the Russian or British Governments intended to destroy all hope of Persia’s regeneration or the Governments were continuously grossly misinformed.
