Tlio "Spectator” says that Britain night well advise Portugal that her true interest is to accept generous "eras from Germany in regard to Angola and Mozambique, and from Britdn with regard ?o DeTagoa Bay and Oeira, it being doubtful if an equally c a.vourable opportunity will rescue. The world cannot long tolerate the iresent administration of the Portuguese possessions.
