(Per. Press Association.) Hastings, 'January 26. A five-roomed house owned and occupied by Thos. Mulholland was destroyed by fire in Terrace Road at 12.15 this morning. ' Very little was saved. Insurances £2OO, furniture £SO, both in the Standard Office. Christchurch, January 26. James Russell was committed for trial at Amberley on a charge of manslaughter arising out of the death of, George Henry Shaw at Loithficld cjn December 29th.
