IRISH HOME RULE.
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 26, 12.35 p.m.) London, January 25. Many Unionist clubs in Ireland are arranging to send members to Belfast to prevent Mr Churchill’s speech. The Belfast Harbour Commissioners, replying to Mr Churchill’s suggestion to inspect the harbour and docks, replied that the ninth was not a convenient day. Mr Churchill has written to Lord Londonderry informing him that while he is determined to speak at Belfast he will forego the use of Ulster Hall rather than arouse the Orangemen’s feelings.
