MONGOLS WILL STAND UP FOR THE THRONE. TREASURE TO BE SOLD. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) Pekin, January 23. Prince Rung, leader of the Mongol movement against Yuan-Shih-Kai has promised fifty thousand troops 'to assist in maintaining the Throne. Their party will ho raised by selling gold treasure in the Imperial Palace at Mukden, the capital of Manchuria. Pekin is excited at the prospect of resistance to the Republicans.
