The Japanese warships have departed homewards. INSURANCE AMALGAMATION. (Received 23, 9.55 a.m.) Hobart, January 23. The London and Lancashire Insurance Company lias entered into an agreement with the Derwent and lunar Fire, and Marine Insurance Comsubject to confirmation by the shareholders, to acquire too latter company’s business.
