Scratched: Raugiatua, tfinapis, VaKdo, Neirene, Obligant, Tongopai, Submersion. Time Imin 1 : -ssee.
Wellington Racing Club Handicap. —Counterfeit 1, Coromandel 2, Unlecided 3. Scratched : Mendip, Byron. Won by a length, easily. Time, 2min 1 l-ssec.

Beautiful weather prevails for the second day of the Foxton races. The ittendance is large. Results: — Hack Hurdles.—Captain 1, Alluar 2, Attention 3. All started. Won by a bead, half a length between second md third. Chase Mali fell. Time, 2min '•8 4-ssec.
Telephone Handicap.—lneurf 1, NuVuatn 2, Miss Rorbets 3. All started. Won by a length, a head between secmd and third. Time, Imin 3 4-ssec.
President’s Handicap.—Julian 1, Matlow 2, Midian and Seaton Dale lead heat 3. All started. Won by a mad, a bead between second and third Time, Imin 58 4-ssec.
