A FLYER’S FATAL FALL
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.* (Received 20, 10.10 a.m.) Paris, January 19. The French Premier is asking for a grant of £BBO,OOO for military aeroplanes. Lieutenant Boomer, aoroplaning at Sonlis, fell a thousand feet. His condition' is hopeless.
