RESULTS OF JUNIOR UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION.

The results of tho junior university scholarship examination are to hand. The following New Plymouth and Stratford candidates passed the matriculation and solicitors’ general knowledge examination on the scholarship papers:—New Plymouth: N. Little, 2331; R. Adlam, 1903; C. Day, 1773. Stratford: L. Mail, 2178; Fanny Sherlock, 1934. The following are the ten highest junior university scholarships:—Natalie Allan, Wellington, 3785; Arthur Ponder, Christchurch, 3773; Beatrice Bell, Auckland, 3716; Cyril Lennard, Wanganui, 3683; John Tait, Dunedin, 3671 ; Athol Hudson, Waitaki, 3630; William Stevens, Auckland, 3614; Edvard Neale, 3601; Martin O’Shea, Dunedin, 3594; Alex Aitken, Dunedin, 3562.
