BUTTER-FAT PAYMENTS.

For the four months ending December 31st the Eltham Dairy Company has paid suppliers £28,085, as against £35,153 for the corresponding period of the previous year, though the output of butter is 55,9621hs less. As a result of the improved season the quantity now being manufactured is slightly more than at this time last vear.
