MANAIA A v. STRATFORD

On Wednesday afternoon at 2.30 sharp a match will be played on the Show Ground between Manaia A and a.team from the local club. The ground is reported as being in splendid order, the outfield being especially fast. It •has been decided to play on matting, the grass wicket being considered little treacherous. Afternoon tea b; being provided by the local lad’es. The following will represent tho Stratford Club:—Messrs. Dunlop, Prebble, Campbell Jackson. E. Jackson, A. George, Boyes, Hartley, Colin, A. Richmond, D. Twohill, and Jennings.
