THREATENED CABINET 'SPLIT. (Received 13, 9.10 a.m.) London, January 12. There are fresh indications of a split in the Cabinet over women’s suffrage, the “Chronicle” and Westminster Gazette” supporting the view “referendum or ruin,” and the “Daily News” reflecting Mr. Lloyd-George’s section against the referendum.
