The exports of the prinmpal products for the year ending December 31st, 1911, were valued at £17,594,965, as against £20,528,173 in 1910; 356,449 ewt. of butter, valued at £1,823,147, \tas exported during the year; 451.910 cwt. of cheese, valued at £1,200,219; beef 507,605 cwt., valued £590,238; mutton, 1,912,879 carcases, weighing 924,543 cwt., valued £1,190,392; lamb 3,452,773 carcases, 1,019,676 cwt., £1,876,610; wheat, 1,294,351 bushels, £216,665; oats, 444,152 bushels, £44.257; wool, 204,386.895 lb., valued £8,270,903; gold, 478,2790 z., £1,896,318; skins, 17,508,880, £863,733.
