ERECTION OF HOARDINGS.
THE USE OF WHITE PINE CONDEMNED. (Per Press Association.) Auckland, January 9. At tho inquest on the body of Leslie Angus, killed by the collapse of a hoarding outside tlie new post office daring a heavy gale, the jury returned a verdict of accidental death, expressing tho opinion that the accident resulted from the violent nature of tho weather. They added a rider that in Die erection of hoardings which are to remain for a considerable time tho use of white pine should be discontinued.
