LEAKY OIL-TANK CAUSES THE TROUBLE. EXTINGUISHED WITH DIFFICULTY. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 9, 10.40 a.m.) London, January 8. A fire, caused by a leaky oil fuel tank, occurred on the battleship Caesar at Davonport. Desperate efforts were made to prevent the flames reaching the magazine. Burning oil which, clung( to everything was beaten out with great difficulty, a party standing in readiness to Hood the magazines.
