The Mount Lyell miners have accepted the company’s agreement, signing for a currency of two and a half years. The trouble has ended. THE LITHGOW STRIKE. (Received 8, 9.40 a.m.) Melbourne, January 8. In the conference between Mr. Hoskins and the Lithgow strikers, Mr. Hoskins has offered to re-engage the men under the old conditions prior, to the sir ke. He has asked for a replybefore Thursday.
