DISCOVERY OF ABDUL HAMID’S MEMORANDA. EXTORTIONS AND INTRIGUES. (Received 6, 9.20 a.m.) Constantinople, ■ January 5. The Government lias determined to publish Abdul Hamid’s journals. Five hundred boxes of memoranda were found in a.chamber near bis bedroom. They reveal the extortions and political intrigues of thirty-three years.
