RUSSIA TO INDIA BY RAIL
London, January 3. A British-Fronch-Russian syndicate is subscribing £IOO,OOO to finally survey a railway collection between Russia; and India, via Persia, materially shortening the journey to Australia and New Zealand. The Indian Government propose to enter the British sphere of Bunderabbas and join the railways at Karichi instead of Buskki. v
