THE INSURANCE BILU. (Received 4, 10.35 a.m.) London, January 3. Many subscribers to hospitals paying under the National Insurance Act notify that they will discontinue further subscriptions. A special mooting of hospital officials was summoned. Some -suggest that hospitals should refuse all but urgent cases sent by doctors working under the Act.
