LOS ANGELES OUTRAGE.
TWO MEN CHARGED WITH BEING PARTIES. TRADES UNION TELEGRAMS. New York, January 3. Olaf Tvietmoc, Anton Johannsen and J. Munsey have been arraigned at Los Angelos on a charge of being parties to the dynamite conspiracy. The pleas are fixed for January 12. A number of trade union leaders telegraphed, asserting their belief in the innocence of the accused.
