Gaillaux has assented to the issue of a AustroHungarian loan .in Paris, declares that France must choose between unarmed discontent and a combination eni iched by French gold and armed to the teeth bv French savings. It adds that a loan‘to Austria-Hungary » tantamount to a disturbance of the European equilibrium.
