RECENT CHANGES APPROVED
Calcutta, December 27. Seven thousand persons attending the Indian National Congress included a thousand delegates. The Keynote of the loyal speeches was satisfaction at the changes announced at tne durbar. The Pundit Dar was elected pi esident.
