THE TERRITORIALS.
At yesterday’s meeting of the Education' Hoard, Captain A. C. C. Stevens, staff officer for junior cadets; forwarded a memo, from t3;c Defence Department to the effect that it had been decided that students at teachers’ training colleges, who would ultimately become teachers and so officers of the junior cadets, were to he exempt from training with the Territorials.
