The N.Z.L. and M.A. Co. will contact a sale of mixed cattle at their Jawcra yards to-morrow. Mr F. Edwards, diemist, Broadvay, has a great variety of useful ml ornamental articles suitable for 'hristmas presents now on view, iuluding scents, silver-backed hair washes, smelling salts, soaps, etc. A quiet well-bred gig horse is advertised for sale. Messrs. Gillies and Naldor publish heir list of stock sales for January in bis issue. Horbers, of the up-to-date drapry store, Broadway, have a largo vari:ty of kid gloves in the latest shades for sale. Some special lines suitable for Xmas presents are advertised by Herberts, the up-to-date draj)er, Messrs. C. and E. Jackson have ive aeres of freehold laud in the ■lt rat-ford Borough for sale. Particulars of Mr. Newton King’s Havmarket and Mart sales are advertised. Messrs. Gillies and Naldor and Mr. Newton King intend holding alternate fortnightly sales at Kaponga, commencing on January 12th, 1912. The proprietors of “The Kash” have a special thanks notice in inset form with this issue, and incidentally place a few -very .special holiday lines in the high-class mercery and hat line, before the public.
