FEDERAL BILL PASSED
(Received 20, 1.36 p.m.) Melbourne, December 20. The State Savings Bank Bill has passed all it stages. It provides for retaining the relations existing with the banks and make them agents oi the State Savings Bank. Seventy additional branches are to he opened.
