DEADLY GASES SHOWN TO BE STRONG.
ONE BODY RECOVERED
(Received 14, 8.5 a.m.) New' York, December 13. Canaries utilised at the Gross Mountain mine showed that deadly gases are strong. One of the bodies was recovered. [The first message dealing with tins matter will he found on another page.]
