HORRORS OF 1891 BEING REPEATED.
PEASANTS FLOCK TO TOWNS,
(Received 27, 8.45 a.m.) St. Petersburg, November 26. Peasants of Orenberg and Turgai, where the horrors of the 1891 famine are being repeated, are flocking into the towns asking that they may be prepared for death. The Orenberg crop is 86 per cent below the average.
