SOUTH AFRICAN NATION.
GENERAL BOTHA FORMS NEW ORGANISATION. ' CLAIMED AS OLD FRIEND. (Received 23, 9.30 a.in.) Capetown, November 22. The Nationalist Congress at Bloemfontein, General Botha presiding, decided to form a strong South Africa party to consolidate tiic white races, eradicate racialism, and make South Africa a white man’s country. Dr. Smart!, addressing Unionists at Durban, said General Botha’s new organisation was only a bond of the Hct V’oik and Orangiaunie under a new name, and that forces were working in the Cabinet and driving General Botha in a direction which was not in the country’s interest.
