FOR THE ANTARCTIC.
SCOTT WELL EQUIPPED. (Received 21, 5.5 a.m.) London, November 20. “The Times,” “Standard,” and “Morning Post,” apart from patriotic reasons, bespeak a hearty response to the appeal to enable Captain Scott to carry, his project to a successful issue. The expedition is described as better equipped for scientific work than any of its predecessors.
