SEVERE EARTHQUAKE.
(Received 18, 8.5 a.m.) London, November 17. i An earthquake occurred in Vienna, Milan, and Rhine Valley. ’file inhabitants at Struttgart and Frankfort rushed into the streets. A number of houses were cracked. The telephone system was damaged. (Received is, 9.50 a.m.) Berlin, November 17. Reports have been received oi panic and damage by the earthquake throughout Central Europe. Tnere wore shocks in Belgium and France. The audience and actors at Mulhouge, Augsburg, Struttgart, and oilier towns fled from the theatres. Many passed the night in open squares. Hoiienzolleru Castle, at Hetchingen, was badly damaged, also many churches.
