A NEW METAL. (Received 18, 12 noon) Ottawa, November 18._ A new metal lias (men found _in British Columbian platinum-bearing ores, in the Kootenay district. It has been named “Canadium,” and belongs to the platinum group, and is cf great value for industrial purposes.
