THE M()RAN-I)RTSCOLL APPLICATION. NOTICE OF APPEAL. (Received 15, 9.10 a.m.) London, November 14. The Moran-Driscoll application evoked interest in view of its bearing on future boxing contests. Many witnesses rebutted the contention tuat they would watch a prize fight likely to possess brutal ’features. Notice of appeal was given.
