GERMANS NOT ANT I-BRITISH. A CONSUL’S OPINION. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.j Fremantle, November 14. The German Consul has returned from a visit to Europe. He declares that the Germans are not obsessed with Anglophobia. It appeared to him that some of the cables received in Australia were tinged with anti-Ger-man policy. The tendency nowaday:; was to attribute to Germany all the blame for international troubles.
