MASSACRE AT PEKIN CONTINUES. NANKIN CONSULATES ADVISED TO CLOSE. (Received 14, 10.35 a.m.) Pekin, November 13. Yuan-Shih-Kai received an ovation on arrival at Pekin. The Imperialists continue killing Chinese or cutting off their arms and hands.' -Man/ engaged in’ Red 1 Cross work have been killed or mutilated. The British and German admirals visited Nankin and advised the consulates to close, as the warships were unable to protect them.
