GALE ON THE GREAT LAKES. ■ VESSELS SHEATHED IN ICE. ALL VESSELS OVERDUE. (Received 1-1, 11.40 a.m.) New York, November 13. Terrific weather is being experienced* on the great lakes. Steamers are arriving at Duluth sheathed in icp.. The temperature is fourteen degrees below zero. All vessels are overdue. One vessel’s anchors became ice-grip-ped, so it was impossible to start. At Chicago and in Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin a tornado caused twenty deaths. Several ;of the smaller vessels on Lake Michigan were blown ashore:
