MOROCCO.
FRANCE AND GERMANY. London, October 26. Lord Morley, speaking in the Lords, referred with satisfaction to the matter of the Franco-German discussion in Morocco having been concluded on terms which the authorities in Berlin and Paris believe to be acceptable to both countries.
