BALLOON CARRIED OUT TO SEA. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.j Paris, October 20. The balloon Helena, with three passengers, left St. Cloud, and was carried out to sea. The occupants were rescued alter two and a half hours, in the water in mid-channel. DEATH OF ANOTHER AVIATOR. New York, October 20. The aviator Ely fell while flying at the State Fair grounds at Macon, Georgia, and died from his injuries. He was only recently married.
