DUKE ~OF CONNAUGHT ARRIVES. (Received 13, 11.45 a.m.) Ottawa, October 12,. Earl Grey departed from Quebec, and was accorded a cordial send-off. Thousands lined the , Streets. The vessel with' Earl Grey aboard passed the incoming steamer with the Duke of Connaught aboard on the river St. Lawrence. Scores of messages of welcome await the Dtiko of Connaught from every city in the Dominion.
