ALBANIAN RISING.
MORE TROUBLE FOR TURKEY. Contantinople, September 27. Mohammedan Albanians have revolted in the Ronaj district, killing Kamaikaii and capturing a garrison. The revolt is spreading. The object is to secure for Mohammedans the same concessions as were recently granted to the Malissori.
